  • your target market – by sector, company profile and relevant decision maker

  • your appointment qualification criteria.

Once achieved, we begin to construct the message, or ’pitch’. On the average call, one has around two minutes in which to capture the prospects attention and communicate your message, while simultaneously gathering and responding to vital information about their specific requirements. We therefore endeavour to be as clear, confident and concise on the phone as possible.

We avoid scripts, trusting rather in preparation, flexibility and our ability to listen – something that is hard to do while reading. Toward the end of a call, we decide on the most appropriate way forward and either schedule a call-back or arrange a qualified meeting with a member of your sales staff. Whatever the outcome, we always leave the door open for future contact.
